Refunds: customers have 30 days to decide if they intend to keep the purchased articles.
If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it.
Customers can request a return or exchange by sending an e-mail to info@iltex.it
The customer will then receive authorization and instructions from Freddy on how to proceed.
Once our warehouse has received the returned goods, Freddy will provide a full refund.

Exchanges
If you wish to change the colour or model of the article you purchased, all you need to do is send an e-mail within 30 days to info@iltex.it specifying the model you wish to return and the model/colour you would like to receive in exchange, free of postage charges. You will then receive authorization and instructions on how to proceed. If the article you requested in exchange costs more or less than the one being returned, you will be debited or credited the difference.
